Join an incredible flock of locals supporting locals

Throughout October, participants commit to getting active and raising funds for the Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Program.

Every step, every dollar and every participant helps ensure that support continues.

Three people wearing bright pink shirts smile under a red and white umbrella on a cloudy day.

Last financial year, we provided more than $93,000 in practical support and responded to 371 requests for assistance from local people and families affected by breast cancer – like Cynthia.

I have a lot of gratitude to the Cindy Mackenzie Program. I am so happy, grateful, and tearful. In such dark times receiving your phone call full of help, assistance, was just what I needed.

Thank you so much for your help, you are all so caring towards ladies that are going through the darkest time of our lives.

Cynthia

What is the Pink Paths Challenge?

expand_circle_down expand_circle_down
PINK PATHS is a community fundraising challenge held throughout October, National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Join an incredible flock of locals supporting locals by setting a personal activity goal and raising funds for the Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Program. How you move is entirely up to you. Walk, run, swim, cycle, dance, stretch or create your own path.

Every step, every dollar and every participant helps ensure local people and families affected by breast cancer have access to practical support when they need it most. πŸ’—

Where do the funds go that I donate or raise?

expand_circle_down expand_circle_down
Every dollar raised through the PINK PATHS Challenge stays local and helps the Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Program provide practical support to Sunshine Coast people and families affected by breast cancer, regardless of where they are receiving treatment.

Because everyone's experience is different, support is tailored to each person's individual needs and may include financial assistance, wellbeing services, practical resources and other support throughout diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

By taking part in PINK PATHS, you're helping ensure local people can access support when they need it most, reducing some of the financial, practical and emotional pressures that often accompany breast cancer.

πŸ’— Because when our community comes together, no one has to face breast cancer alone. πŸ’—
